There is a new style going around that I personally LOVE!!! TIGHTS UNDER SHORTS!!!! The shorts you wear under your tights should probably be around that length because any longer, then it looks weird!!! This is a great way to still wear your shorts in the fall and winter! Hope you use this trend!
