Camp Songs

Many of you have probably sung or heard of at least one or two "camp songs." A camp song is a song you sing at camp that is usually funny, or about the camp. Some of my favorite camp songs are Miss Susie, Pink Pajama's, Red Wagon, and Three Little Angels.

Uglies

"Uglies" is a book By Scott Westerfeld. And it is amazing! I love this book. It is interesting, exciting, and witty. Uglies is a book about 15/16 [her age changes through the book] Tally Youngblood an Ugly in her community. In her town their are various different groups. A "Littlie" is a toddler then you become an ugly. You are defined as an Ugly when you are around 8. But on your sixteenth birthday you have  a procedure that turns you into a tall and skinny Pretty. After visiting a new Pretty friend Tally runs into Shay, a fellow Ugly about to turn "pretty." But after getting to know Shay, Tally finds out that not everyone turns Pretty when they turn sixteen. When Shay runs away Tally has to choose, turn Pretty or save her friend. You should read Uglies!!! I'm reading this book right now and it's AWESOME!!!!! It's also in a series with  Pretties, Specials, and Extras.

Ms. Marvel #4

Ms.Marvel's fourth issue is out and it is AWESOME!!! This issue begins with Kamala in the store she got shot in, Circle Q. Once she finds out that the "thief" in the store was her friends brother Kamala is determined to help her friends brother. This issue of Ms.Marvel ends onn a cliffhanger like all of the other Ms. Marvel issues, but this cliffhanger ends with Kamala being trapped somewhere with bad guys......I recommend this comic book, it is an exciting read!
