The Bomb Walk

Hello! This post is about the "Bomb Walk." The Bomb Walk is usually seen in action movies but sometimes seen in suspense movies or thrillers also. The Bomb Walk is a walk that occurs when the main character of a movie or the villain walks away from a bomb or explosion acting as if he/she doesn't have a care in the world about the explosion. You see the Bomb Walk in many films such as, X-Men, Transformers, Captain America, The Avengers, comic book movies in general, Mission Impossible, in the Gangnam Style music video and many others. 

The Bomb Walk also happens when the main character sets off a bomb/explosion in a place the he/she is Bomb Walking away from. [also, while setting off the explosion the character NEVER looks at whatever is blowing up behind them.]

There is also another variation of the Bomb Walk. The Bomb Run. The Bomb Run is usually seen in slow motion. You have seen in various movies the main characters being pushed away by the force of a bomb. When this happens the characters usually have burnt and torn clothes so they can show off their perfect figures. When this character is being thrown in the air he or she is running in the air. It is as if they are trying to grasp something with their hands and running with their feet. This is a video with a couple of good bomb walks in it. To see them go to 0:58 and 1:45.

Dawn of the Planet of the Apes

Dawn of the Planet of the Apes is a great movie. I watched this movie recently and I liked it but it got pretty sad. Some say 12 year-olds can watch this movie, others say 13. I believe that it depends of if you get emotional in movies or not. I get emotional. Towards the end of the movie in a sad and scary scene I started to cry and left the theater. Even though it is sad, this movie is amazing!!!!! While watching you connect with the characters and get to know the villains. The special effects are crucial to this movie. The apes all look like apes!! The plot is also great. And, the actor who play one of the main characters in the movie, Caesar [the ape on the horse in the poster] is the actor that is the voice of Gollum in Lord of the Rings! I hope that you get to see this movie. But, don't watch it if you get emotional while watching movies.

Bubble Guppies

I don't know if you have hear'd  of a Disney Junior show called "Bubble Guppies" or not but if you haven't you will know. Bubble Guppies is a song about six weird mermaid creature things that go to school together. In each episode they learn about something new like the Circus, Bugs, Planes, Birds or even the Beach! Also in each episode there is a song about what the bubble guppies are learning about! These songs get stuck in your head. Do not listen to them!!!!

How to Train Your Dragon 2

Hi! This post is about How to Train your Dragon 2. I watched this movie in the theaters yesterday and I adored it. In my opinion it was better than the first one. How to Train Your Dragon 2 is set around six years after the first film. The story line of this movie is very good. I won't go into great detail because I don't want to ruin the movie for you but I will say a few things. Someone tragically dies in this movie but someone that is lost is also found. Kristen Wig is very funny as Ruffnut. I recommend this movie I liked it a lot.

Ms. Marvel #5

Ms.Marvel issue five is out!!! And it's an amazing comic book just like all of the other Ms.Marvels. In this issue it begins after Ms.Marvel is cornered trying to help her friends brother escape. In addition to enlarging different parts of her body Ms.Marvel is also able to shrink also. This issue of Ms.Marvel is a good, quick read. And in this issue something that happens to all superheroes happens in this issue. Ms.Marvel find a villain. She also creates her costume....Read issue five of Ms.Marvel to find out who her rival is and what outfit she will fit the villain in!

We Are the Best!

We Are the Best! is a Swedish film about three thirteen year-old punk girls starting a band. I absolutely adored this movie!!!! It was awesome! The only thing that could have been better was the romance aspect of the movie. But the good thing is the it only takes up about 1/5 of the movie. We Are the Best is very funny and make you crack up multiple times. You should really watch this movie.
